New Learners Course (July - August September)

Now extended to the end of September, at St Helen's (Abingdon).

The ODG held another excellent course to teach new teachers of ringing on 29th June. As a result we have seven new young teachers in the Guild (including two from our branch).

To help some of these new teachers get more experience of teaching, we are holding a further course for new learners from all over the branch. This time, to spare the ears of tower neighbours, we are holding them all at St Helen’s, Abingdon where all the bells can easily be silenced.

It is important that each new learner should have lessons in their own tower each week as well as coming to Abingdon on a Saturday morning.

All ONB towers are encouraged to send their learners for extra lessons in Abingdon. The dates of the course are:

Sat 20/07/2019 09:30-10:30 Abingdon St H
